TEFEM launches TEFEM Africa Fellowship for 20,000 Women in 10 Countries.

The Female Media Network (TEFEM) is set to launch TEFEM Africa Fellowship, an initiative that aims to empower 20,000 women from African countries with essential tech skills by 2030..  The Female Media (TEFEM) Network is the largest NGO across South-east for women and girls in technological and digital skills. TEFEM was founded in 2018 by Eneh Mercy.

Eneh Mercy started TEFEM with the vision of empowering women to reach their full potential and achieve financial independence. Her own journey in the digital space was challenging and she was only able to succeed as a result of the guidance and support she received from mentors. Eneh wanted other women to have access to similar support and guidance, thus TEFEM was birthed as a platform to provide women with the skills and resources needed to thrive in the tech space.

TEFEM is dedicated to raising and training new generations of women in technology, connecting women to high-income skills and platforms where their skills can be monetized. Since 2018, TEFEM has trained over 5000 women in tech and digital skills. We have partnered with Deezey Digitals, Airtime Flip, Bundle Africa, Ausso Leadership Academy, Silicon Africa, Tech Next, Enugu State Innovation and Technology, and other global companies. We have a community of over 4000 members with 1000+ students and have awarded scholarships to 600 women. TEFEM is committed to increasing the diversity of women in the tech industry by creating a space where women can feel supported and included.

TEFEM is thrilled to announce the launch of the TEFEM Africa Fellowship, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at empowering 20,000 women from African countries with essential tech skills by 2030.
